These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), including our AI-powered cognitive learning tools, test series, practice features, quizzes, and analytics for exam preparation (e.g., JEE Main, UPSC, State PSC, Judiciary exams). NuRhoN ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Bluopal Advisors (or the entity stated on our website).

By accessing or using NuRhoN, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

By creating an account, using our platform, or otherwise accessing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using NuRhoN on behalf of an organization or a minor, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization or are the parent or guardian with authority to agree on the minor's behalf.

You may use NuRhoN only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration and account information and keep it updated.
• Use the platform for personal, non-commercial learning and exam preparation.
• Not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data or code from our platform beyond normal use.
• Not use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content, or to violate any applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms other users or our platform.

To access certain features (e.g., practice tools, test series, cognitive analysis), you may need to register and maintain an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Some parts of NuRhoN may be offered on a subscription or paid basis. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. Subscription renewals may be automatic unless you cancel in accordance with our stated process.

NuRhoN and its content (including software, design, text, graphics, and our AI-powered features) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or content except as expressly permitted (e.g., viewing and using the platform for learning). Our name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks; you may not use them without our prior written consent.

You may submit content through our platform (e.g., solution uploads, responses, or messages). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide and improve our Services (including AI analysis and cognitive insights). You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law or these Terms. We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful.

Our platform uses AI and cognitive science to analyze your learning patterns, solution steps, and performance. By using NuRhoN, you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Our AI-powered insights (e.g., error tagging, remediation suggestions) are for educational support only and do not constitute professional or legal advice. Results may vary; we do not guarantee specific exam or academic outcomes.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT AND AI OUTPUTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND LEARNING PURPOSES ONLY; WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR EXAM OR RESULT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NURHON AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES IF NO AMOUNT WAS PAID).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NuRhoN and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of NuRhoN after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
